Here's a few of the frequently asked questions to assist you with your orders and any inquiries:

A guide to Pouch Measurements:

Cutlery Pouch: 6.5cm x 18cm

Small Snack: 11.5cm x 11.5cm

Medium Snack: 14cm x 14cm

Large Snack: 16cm x 16cm

Sandwich Bag: 18cm x 18cm

(Straw pouches are made to fit straws measuring 215mm)

How long until my order will be shipped?

All ready to ship items will ship within 5 business days.  Pre-orders will ship according to the information listed on the item at the time of purchase.

Do you ship to America/worldwide?

Yes! The shipping prices are for basic shipping with no tracking information and also no guaranteed arrival.  If you would like to add tracking to your order, please see the listing in the shop for upgraded shipping.  Otherwise, I am not responsible for your order once it is posted.  The shipping time for the UK is 1-3 days usually but US shipping times are typically 10-14 business days.

Are the products washable?

Yes, for the pouches I recommend a cold wash with air dry, not tumble dryer. Reusable make up pads and towels can be machine washed and tumble dry, and might need a light iron to smooth them out after a wash. I also sell mesh laundry bags which I recommend for protecting your items in the wash.
